About 1 in 3 medical residents in a Medscape survey said they find time to tend to their own health "never" or "rarely." Around 1 in 5 of them said their work-life balance was worse than they expected when residency began. Fortunately, around 2 in 3 of them found time for a satisfying social life at least "sometimes."
