It's not easy for a medical student to find time to do much other than attend class and study, and the pace has long taken a toll. But there are gains to report. Most med students responding to a recent Medscape survey said they exercise often and get reasonably decent sleep. On the flip side, hours for relaxing with friends or dating remain in short supply.
